Project Overview

Kadiant's Director of Marketing was tasked with growing their customer based in the summer of 2020. The company has primarily grown through acquisition strategies and referrals from pediatricians and other autism treatment services. Ultimately, parents with an autistic child start out at the top of the funnel in which they are looking for information and resources. However, when a parent child undergoes autism testing, their pediatrician will recommend a treatment plan and then submit a referral. So in order to capture more autism patients under the age of 12, we had our work cut out for us.

Prior to engaging with NorthScale Media Group, Kadiant was running ads on Facebook for their services.

Execution

Upon the initial research and assessment, we developed a straightforward strategy of directing our search.

  1. We developed 5 simple landing pages geared around educating users about ABA Therapy and building trust.
  2. We narrowed our audience targeting to family-focused grouping.
  3. We developed remarketing messages for the Display Network and Search Network.

Initial results looked promising. However, our data indicated that parents were looking for more tools and steps they can take at home before they seek a pediatrician for advice.

As a result, we developed an online autism assessment in which parents could answer a series of questions and then receive their assessment results via email.

After that, we entered them into a 12-email campaign in which we related to them about different conditions they may be dealing by having a child on the autism spectrum.

Results

At the end, we saw 192 new leads for Kadiant and over a 2,100% return on investment. Our email campaign drove 43 new appointments for Kadiant and we saw over an healthy open and click rate.
